About the role

  • ServiceNow Platform Engineer providing technical and consultative support for complex technical matters. Involves analyzing, designing, and developing systems using ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and consultative support on complex technical matters.
  • Analyze, design, and develop systems based upon user specifications.
  • Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications.
  • Advise internal teams regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform.
  • Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/remediation.
  • Provide training and knowledge across the platform to internal teams and external business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience.
  • Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, and more.
  • Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences.
  • Knowledge and Experience working with Web Services, REST, JSONv2.
