Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the PROS CPQ solution across multiple European countries.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the CPQ solution.
- Work closely with commercial teams, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the CPQ system.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security within the CPQ system.
- Track and analyze CPQ and user performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead CPQ-related projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPQ management, preferably with PROS, in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; experience with system configuration and data governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
