Responsibilities
- Innovate & Integrate: Move beyond reactive buttons to proactive AI-driven environments
- Validate & Scale: Rigorously test market willingness-to-pay and iterate on value propositions
- Drive Strategic Growth: Direct the "Consumer Health" mandate by creating high-margin, differentiated services
- Develop and maintain product roadmap by translating strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and outcomes
- Continuously evaluate product-market fit and competitive positioning
- Proactive stakeholder management
- Establish internal and living pilots to test willingness to pay and de-risk investment
- Lead the identification and integration of next-generation hardware and software solutions
- Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns Senior’s Care and SmartHome+ with customer acquisition and revenue targets
- Identify and resolve ambiguity, risks, and delivery blockers
- Drive momentum and accountability across internal and third-party delivery teams
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product management specifically within HealthTech or Digital Health
- Experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders and users
- Deep understanding of how to create accessible products for seniors
- Known for technical comprehension and ability to work closely with hardware and digital engineering teams
- Comfortable discussing APIs, AI/ML models for predictive health and IoT device interoperability
- A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to execute decisively
