About the role
- Head of Product overseeing strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines at Polariton Technologies. Collaborating closely with engineering and business development teams for market alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own Polariton’s product strategy and lifecycle for optical transceiver engines
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for optical engines and CPO solutions
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development
- Continuously analyze industry trends and guide strategic product decisions
- Engage directly with hyperscalers, module vendors, and system integrators to distill their needs into clear product specifications
- Develop compelling technical documentation and product collateral
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management or product leadership, including experience and established business network in the optical transceiver industry
- Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies and bringing hardware/semiconductor products from concept to market
- Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience with integrated photonics, optical engines, transceiver architectures, and co-packaged optics (CPO)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or related field; MBA or product management certification preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic vision and operational execution.
