About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist in a hybrid role supporting order execution and customer service. Engaging in various administrative tasks and maintaining CRM data accuracy while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a virtual team to provide heavy commercial support for order execution
  • Communicate with internal and external customer contacts
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly ERP review and maintenance functions
  • Provide item availability and pricing assistance
  • Assist in management of bids and submit rental, sale, field service and work orders for invoicing
  • Utilize CRM tool daily and maintain data accuracy
  • Create exceptional customer service experiences
  • Maintain communication with the virtual team
  • Participate in special projects and training sessions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 2-year degree or equivalent customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP HANA preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset
