About the role
- Strategic Operations Manager managing projects for Wunderflats, enhancing landlord engagement and satisfaction with strategic initiatives. Collaborating with multiple departments for operational excellence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end with a clear business impact, especially on own innovations, changes and optimisations that increase our landlord engagement, satisfaction and listing quality on our marketplace.
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Lead operational customer facing launches of e.g.new offers, features, and operational processes
- Use data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
- Define and track meaningful KPIs with Data teams (e.g. Tableau)
- Align stakeholders and communicate progress proactively throughout execution
- Anticipate risks and adapt execution when needed
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Operations Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or similar roles
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with a clear business impact
- Strong execution focus within a business environment (not only consulting)
- Excellent structuring and prioritization skills
- Pragmatic, impact-driven mindset
- Data-driven and analytically strong
- Systems thinker with customer-centric approach
