- Wundmanager responsible for chronic and hard-healing wound care and patient support in a specialized home care service. Joining WundCura to improve patient quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their families
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
