About the role

  • Incident Manager role for 4CAD Group focusing on client's service continuity and quality assurance. Collaborating with teams to manage incidents and improve processes in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and classify incidents reported by clients
  • Assist in tracking resolutions and follow up with the teams involved
  • Draft and distribute clear, structured communications
  • Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to root cause identification
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Update and enhance tracking dashboards

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT Project Management
  • Rigorous, well-organized, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in an IT environment is a plus
