Responsibilities
Manage and optimize online performance across relevant marketplaces and channels
Take responsibility for operational workflows, including monitoring and coordinating key processes
Analyze and optimize business processes and visualize findings
Develop and maintain KPI systems and produce meaningful reporting
Lead (sub-)projects and ensure sustainable implementation of results
Conduct independent analyses and collaborate on strategic business cases
Actively support cross-functional collaboration between departments in interdisciplinary projects
Monitor relevant market, competitor and technology trends
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics with a focus on Controlling, Operations, E‑Commerce, Process Management, or a comparable qualification
Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
Strong analytical skills in developing and evaluating KPIs as well as in reporting
Practical experience in project management and independent responsibility for (sub‑)projects
Confident use of Excel (including complex analyses)
Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
High affinity for numbers, processes and performance topics, with a keen interest in continuous improvement and innovation
Fluent German (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage
