Responsibilities

Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements.
Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategies.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments..
Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React, manual QA testing; must be able to code and provide QA testing as needed
Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
