About the role

  • Director of Partner Marketing leading global strategy for Workday, an AI platform managing people and money. Developing partnerships and driving revenue with strategic collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global partner marketing strategy to accelerate revenue
  • Build and manage a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with Global Partner Organization and Sales
  • Segment and prioritize partners based on growth potential
  • Develop and execute Partner Keynote at Workday Global Flagship events
  • Define KPIs and dashboards for partner marketing performance
  • Manage partner marketing budgets and ensure funds are aligned to high-impact activities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 5+ years focused on partner, alliance, or channel marketing
  • Led end-to-end content development for partner audiences exceeding 1,000 attendees
  • Proven experience building and executing joint go-to-market strategies
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Background working with global SI/GSIs, VARs, OEMs, cloud hyperscalers, or ISVs
  • MBA or equivalent business/marketing experience
