Responsibilities
Own technical hiring
Lead recruitment across our engineering organisation, including:
- Product Engineers
- Applied AI / LLM Engineers
- Platform and infrastructure roles
- Product and technical leadership roles
Build strong pipelines
Proactively identify and engage engineers across Scotland, the UK and Europe.
Partner with engineering leaders
Work closely with our CTO and engineering managers to define roles, refine interview processes and hire the right people.
Run excellent hiring processes
Manage hiring end-to-end:
- role kick-offs
- sourcing and outreach
- interview coordination
- candidate experience
- offer negotiation
Help us scale
Improve our hiring playbooks, interview scorecards and recruiting infrastructure as the engineering team grows.

Experience recruiting software engineers in fast-growing technology companies
Strong sourcing ability and comfort approaching passive candidates
Ability to partner closely with technical stakeholders
