About the role
- Lead Technology Product Manager for CCH Axcess Tax driving innovative technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative tax technology solutions within the CCH Axcess platform.
- Lead product initiatives that enhance compliance, streamline workflows, and deliver exceptional user experiences for tax professionals.
- Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX, marketing, and support.
- Lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of CCH Axcess Tax products.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive quarterly planning to align with product goals.
- Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technology product management.
- Proven experience managing SaaS products, preferably in tax or financial technology.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams, including facilitating ceremonies and quarterly planning.
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or similar tax compliance platforms (preferred).
- Knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and workflows used by accounting firms (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software development practices (preferred).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
