- Excellentes capacités analytiques et structuration des problèmes
- Capacité à 'vendre' l'IA aux équipes métier et à porter des convictions
- Orientation mesure d'impact : définition de KPI, évaluation adoption / ROI
- Fermeté diplomatique et résilience pour s'adapter à chaque contexte de déploiement
- Connaissance des métiers et processus de l'immobilier appréciée
