Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding
Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
Encouraging employee referrals
Championing the WG candidate experience
Engaging with our Alumni talent community
Ensure that recruiting managers are appropriately supported and that they attract, select and appoint the right candidates
Promoting our employer brand and social media presence
Requirements
Have a passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN
At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter
Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques
Comfortable with data and talent systems such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
Strong relationship building and networking skills
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
The ability to relate to a range of different audiences
