Track key recruiting metrics for continuous improvement
Tell the myAbode story to attract top candidates
Requirements
4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience in hiring engineers and product managers
Proven ability to build processes, frameworks, and talent pipelines
Proactive sourcing skills
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to push back on hiring managers and hold standards
Experience thriving in a high-growth or multi-entity environment is a plus
