(Senior) Account Manager guiding existing and new clients in the areas of design and branding. Collaborating across departments to ensure project success within the leading packaging design agency in Germany.
Responsibilities
Client management & consulting: Maintain and grow long-term client relationships; advise on design and branding projects.
Project management: Manage design and communications projects — from concept to final delivery.
Resource management: Plan and manage internal resources across projects to ensure efficient utilization and smooth workflows.
Briefing & coordination: Translate client requirements into clear briefs for our creative team.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement marketing and design strategies together with our clients and our strategy team.
Proposals & invoicing: Prepare proposals and invoices and oversee budget control.
Requirements
You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in design or communications agencies, ideally in packaging or print production.
Nice to have, but not mandatory: a completed relevant degree or vocational training.
You are familiar with project management, client consulting, cost negotiations, and acting as the interface between clients and creative teams.
You have experience in strategic brand communications and a strong understanding of FMCG client needs.
You enjoy taking ownership of complex projects and are an excellent organizer.
You support clients nationally and, if desired, internationally in English.
