- Erstellung und Verbuchung von Rechnungen
- unterstützende Vorbereitung von Jahresabschlüssen
- Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse
- Ansprechpartner*in für Steuerberater*innen & Banken
- laufende Buchhaltung, Kreditorische und debitorische Geschäftsvorfälle erfassen
- unter Anleitung Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse erstellen
- Überwachung und Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, Mahnwesen
- Prüfung und Kontierung eingehender Rechnungen
- Pflege und Verwaltung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
Requirements
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellte/r)
- gerne auch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung oder Bilanzbuchhaltung
- mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finance & Accounting
- idealerweise in einem Agenturumfeld
- erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP B1 (ist aber kein Muss)
- fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse
- strukturiert, proaktiv und priorisieren können auch in stressigen Situationen
- analytisches Talent und komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge verständlich kommunizieren
