About the role

Responsibilities
- Product ownership with foresight – You take end-to-end responsibility for our fuel & charging card solution in the commercial vehicle and fleet sector and drive its strategic development.
- Product strategy & positioning – From target groups and use cases to clear differentiation from the passenger car market: you ensure a clear and marketable product positioning.
- Interface management – As the central point of contact you connect engineering, backend, sales, controlling and external partners and keep all threads together.
- Translating requirements – You convert market, customer and sales requirements into structured product and system requirements for our technical teams.
- Pricing & business models – Together with controlling and management you contribute to transparent pricing and tariff models while keeping an eye on profitability.
- Partners & collaborations – You work with charging infrastructure operators and internal corporate entities and prioritize standardized, scalable solutions over one-off cases.
- Sales support – In close coordination with key accounts and sales you bring product expertise into customer projects and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Product management experience – You have already worked as a product manager, ideally in a B2B environment or at the interface of technology and market.
- Structured thinking – Analytical approach, clear prioritization and a high degree of personal responsibility characterize you.
- Technical understanding – You don’t have to develop yourself, but you can understand, assess and translate technical relationships into product decisions.
- Strong communication skills – You confidently bring together different stakeholders, departments and perspectives.
- Industry knowledge (advantageous) – Experience in mobility, fleets, energy, payment or charging infrastructure is a plus but not required.
- Holistic perspective – You think about products end-to-end: from customer benefit through processes to economic viability.
