Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the administration, optimization and further development of clients' Windows servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting.
Provide 2nd-level support assistance.
Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
Assist with the introduction and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
Handle direct communication with customers.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable professional experience.
Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of the Windows Server environment.
Ideally, experience with DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
Strong IT affinity and a genuine interest in new technologies.
Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
Very good German skills and good English skills.
