About the role

• Project Engineer supporting project management and integration for APX Supply Chain portfolio at Westinghouse. Collaborating across teams to ensure effective delivery and alignment of processes in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of the APX Supply Chain organization by ensuring alignment of processes, procedures, change control, risk, KPIs and other reporting functions internally within the organization and externally within the broader overall APX Delivery Stream Project Management Organization.
• Support organizational skill assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and project management teams to improve delivery and reduce risk.
• Provide regular updates to team members, including program status, challenges, and achievements.
• Maintain, update and create new processes and procedures for the APX Supply Chain organization.
• Support creation of supply chain competency frameworks, training roadmaps, and development pathways tied to roles such as Delivery Stream Engineer, Delivery Stream Manager, Supplier Quality, Procurement Strategy, and Functional Excellence
• Provide content for leadership messages, training campaigns, change‑management initiatives, and updates related to new standards, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or other technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or technical management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, ARM, Earned Value Management).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
• Demonstrated experience defining the problem statement and developing a plan of action to understand how to report that back up the management chain.
• Experience making presentations and facilitating meetings.
