Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor quality control policies and procedures.
- Identify, analyze and implement solutions to quality issues.
- Collect and analyze data to assess product and company performance against established quality standards.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure processes and products comply with applicable standards and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with other teams to implement corrective actions.
- Provide quality control training to other professionals.
- Supervise and mentor other quality analysts in carrying out their tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis and problem solving.
- Experience developing automated tests to ensure the quality of software and/or systems.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Pyramid, JUnit/Jupiter, Mockito and Spring Boot Test.
- Experience with test design and creating efficient, effective test cases.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with continuous integration and test automation tools such as Jenkins.
- To stand out in this position it would be a plus to have programming knowledge for automation such as Kotlin, Node.js or another language.
