Responsibilities
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Implement and sustain Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Kanban.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Train and coach employees on Lean principles to strengthen internal capabilities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate Lean workshops and training sessions to support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 6–10 years of work experience, with at least 6 years in Lean, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
- Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving tools.
- Experience in leading improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
