Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI platforms, data architecture, and model lifecycle management.
- Lead teams specializing in AI model development, prompt engineering, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise AI platforms and tools.
- Ensure robust governance for AI models, including version control, performance monitoring, and compliance.
- Design and maintain scalable, secure data architectures to support AI workloads.
- Implement best practices for data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity in AI systems.
- Guide prompt engineering strategies for generative AI applications.
- Foster innovation through research and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
- Establish frameworks for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
- Monitor AI systems for performance, bias, and ethical compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Expertise in AI platforms, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
