Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA module
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs
- Supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes
- Helping standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation
- Collaborating closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators
- Supporting SAP-related questions as the team progresses through implementation phases
- Interact with broader internal stakeholders and external third parties such as payment providers and system integrators
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience
- SAP S/4HANA experience (required)
- SAP FICA module expertise (required)
- Utility industry experience (required)
- Experience with at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
- Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP
- Certifications not required but preferred, including SAP Activate or SAP FICA module certifications
- ABAP development experience is a nice-to-have but not required
- Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment; collaboration with internal teams and external partners
