Responsibilities
Translate business line strategy into coherent future-state operating model and requirements
Partner with business leaders and technology delivery partners to deliver outcomes
Lead discovery and requirements elicitation across various stakeholders
Develop structured requirements inventory and facilitate prioritization decisions
Drive convergence across stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements
Produce future-state process flows and define requirements for operational controls
Ensure requirements meet regulatory, risk, and compliance needs; support audit-ready documentation
Requirements
7+ years of business analysis experience in financial services/insurance preferred
Expertise in requirements management, traceability, and high-quality analysis artifacts
Proven experience partnering with technology teams and vendors
Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience in net-new builds, platform implementations, or integration-heavy programs preferred
Familiarity with regulated environments and supporting audit documentation/change management practices preferred
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM) preferred but not required
