About the role
- Business Analyst supporting IT projects through planning and oversight of business analyses and process improvements. Collaborating with clients to supervise project goals and progress.
Responsibilities
- You will operate in the context of IT initiatives and support the client by planning, conducting, monitoring and controlling business analyses
- You will perform in-depth analyses of the client's IT processes and derive improvements and recommendations
- Together with the client and our team, you will support projects in monitoring project objectives and progress
- Documentation and stakeholder management
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree or equivalent vocational training with relevant professional experience in a similar role
- At least 5 years' experience leading medium and large programs, projects and subprojects or working as a Business Analyst
- Strong IT affinity
- Knowledge of project and process management, demonstrated by at least one certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.)
- Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 is a major advantage
- Goal- and solution-oriented approach
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel to client projects in the Rhine-Main region
- Strong customer- and service-orientation and good organizational, coordination and communication skills
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
