About the role
- SAP PP/DS Solution Architect delivering SAP transformations within consultant project teams for Westernacher Consulting. Seeking experienced professionals in a hybrid role based in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP transformations within a consultant project team
- Take ownership of all technical and functional aspects of configuration and related integration elements as the lead configuration expert
- Deliver SAP PP/DS process design solutions incl. customizing, documentation and testing
- Integrate PP/DS with other SAP modules
- Lead customer workshops
- Prepare blueprint and functional specifications
- Take part in test conduction process and go-live
- Participate in pre-sales activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing SAP PP/DS
- Functional/ technical proficiency with at least three or more full-cycle SAP implementations
- At least one project as a Stream Lead
- Experience with APO SNP, DP, and IBP (considered a plus)
- Certification in the specific SAP area is an asset
- Excellent cross-module knowledge
- Open-minded team spirit, able to work in both small local and large international teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Italian, (other languages like Spanish, French and German are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel if the job requires it
