Responsibilities
Procurement of production, service and maintenance materials
Planning and procurement of printing supplies
Preparing and sending inquiries and placing call-offs under framework agreements
Evaluating and comparing different offers
Processing order confirmations and coordinating discrepancies
Ensuring and monitoring delivery dates and requirements
Handling delivery reminders and complaints processing
Conducting price checks and inquiries for purchased parts
Managing and processing accompanying shipping documents
General administrative tasks including master data maintenance in the ERP system
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training
Professional experience in purchasing, ideally at a publishing house
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills with assertiveness
Customer-oriented and structured way of working
