Responsibilities
Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
Liaising with WEP International offices and other overseas partner organisations on program delivery, logistics and student issues
Leading and mentoring a small team in the daily delivery of the program, actioning a range of simultaneous activities
In collaboration with the Marketing & Sales team, closing all host family placements and school enrolments within strict deadlines
Managing compliance processes and ensuring that the programs operate according to regulatory requirements
Managing the resolution of student issues, including mentoring and possible change of host family.
Requirements
Management and leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor staff
The ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for education and student exchange
High level operational and administrative skills with demonstrated time management, organisation and attention to detail
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Strong IT skills, with experience in varied CRM systems considered as a plus
A background in the international education and/or not-for-profit sectors
Personal intercultural or student exchange experience as a student, host family, local coordinator or staff.
