About the role
- Senior Lead Technology Business Consultant overseeing IT functions in Wells Fargo's In-House Agency. Responsible for managing hosting platforms and ensuring compliance with security initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer all hosting platforms managed by the In-House Agency, including managing all related enterprise registrations, technology team service requisition and policy requirements
- Ensure all needed access to all In-House Agency required systems is maintained at all times
- Facilitate software, website and service platform updates/migrations (milestone updates and daily operations)
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all Corporate Information Security initiatives, including site penetration tests, risk reviews and associated registrations and attestations
- Initiate, manage and maintain all versions and deployments of all agency software and systems
- Develop and manage In-House Agency team member onboarding and software/system/platform provisioning
- Direct implementation groups to ensure software/systems fulfillment and to manage and complete enterprise IT initiatives that impact the In House Agency
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Set and maintain standards for servers, applications, access management and systems policy compliance for all In-House Agency technology
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
Requirements
- 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience working in one or more of the following environments: Large Corporate IT department supporting Mac and Windows systems; Advertising Agency IT; Video production team IT; Web development team IT and systems configuration
- Proven experience identifying, creating and implementing new applications or processes based on a gap that has been identified
- Advanced understanding of corporate technology policies and typical operations
- Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with key business partners/stakeholders including senior management
- Experience managing complex projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
