About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze needs and define the scope of Pennylane integration projects.
- Configure the solution: chart of accounts, workflows, automations, bank setups.
- Configure connectors/APIs with ERP, CRM and payment tools.
- Ensure data migration and conduct functional acceptance testing (UAT).
- Design and deliver user trainings.
- Create training materials and documentation.
- Support onboarding and help teams achieve operational independence.
- Provide advanced functional support after deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues.
- Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and propose improvements.
- Identify blockers and resistance, and develop support plans.
- Promote best practices and optimize internal processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in accounting, management, information systems or finance.
- Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERP.
- Proficiency with Pennylane or a comparable tool.
- Strong understanding of accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, period closings).
- Comfortable with digital environments and SaaS tools.
- Knowledge of accounting workflows, APIs, SQL and automations.
- Strong pedagogical skills, service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy, organizational skills and analytical mindset.
- Team player with a strong interest in digitalization.
