About the role

  • Senior Consultant responsible for implementing Workday HR solutions for healthcare customers. Collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring effective deployments while leveraging industry expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for healthcare customers.
  • Implement Workday solutions efficiently with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
  • Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and/or Compensation and/or similar modules.
  • 4+ years consulting experience.
  • Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.
  • Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
  • Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
  • Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
