About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT-Notfallmanagement at an IT Management and Cybersecurity consultancy. Leading IT emergency exercises and supporting clients in developing emergency concepts, both on-site and remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and conduct IT emergency exercises
- Support various clients in developing IT emergency strategies, resumption and recovery plans, and data backup concepts — on-site and remotely
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients on security incidents, response and recovery procedures, and emergency measures in the cloud
- Participate in real-world incident response engagements
Requirements
- Degree in an IT-related field or comparable professional qualification in an IT environment (e.g., administration, IT service, or data center operations)
- Experience applying ITSCM standards, such as ISO 27031, or related standards like ISO 27001 or ITIL 4, and several years of professional experience
- Proven project leadership experience and a passion for knowledge transfer
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
