About the role

  • Part-Time HomeCare Consultant reviewing operations and providing growth insights in a non-medical Homecare agency. Focused on improving client and caregiver retention and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
  • Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
  • Reviews the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention
  • Reviews the Homecare Division’s outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels, recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring
  • Assists in implementing accepted recommendations
  • Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggests ways to improve
  • Works with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division

Requirements

  • Must live in Tennessee
  • Must have HomeCare Agency experience
  • Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
  • Must be flexible and organized
  • Must be able to work without close supervision
  • The ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Should have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
