Responsibilities
- Reviews Homecare operations alongside the team to identify growth constraints and improvement opportunities
- Shares findings and recommendations with leadership to increase growth
- Reviews the Homecare Division's retention of clients and caregivers, suggest ways to improve retention
- Reviews the Homecare Division’s outreach, referral sources, and recruitment channels, recommend improvements to increase referrals and hiring
- Assists in implementing accepted recommendations
- Reviews processes and procedures to ensure compliance, suggests ways to improve
- Works with management to improve the growth rate of the Homecare Division
Requirements
- Must live in Tennessee
- Must have HomeCare Agency experience
- Ability to prepare necessary reports to present recommendations for improvement
- Ability to maintain effective verbal and written communications with company staff
- Must be flexible and organized
- Must be able to work without close supervision

- Must be tech-savvy
- Should have experience running operations in a non-medical Homecare agency (Administrator, Owner, Director, Operations/Branch Manager level or equivalent)
