About the role
- Working student in Trade Marketing at Wella Company in Darmstadt. Support trade marketing teams through various analytical and project tasks with potential for valuable insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in conducting market, sell-out (sales performance) and competitor analyses
- Support Key Account Managers in servicing major drugstore and grocery retail customers
- Assist in preparing customer meetings and in creating price lists, listing documentation and analyzing sell-out data
- Develop and implement customer launch plans, including the creation of customer-specific POS materials
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date and accurate product master data
- Take ownership of individual projects within Trade Marketing
- Collaborate with related departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply and Global Marketing
- Provide general support to the team on all tasks and projects
Requirements
- You have been studying Business Administration or a comparable field for at least 5 semesters
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in a consumer goods company (Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Sales)
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very strong Excel skills
- Reliable, structured and independent working style
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Confident and professional demeanor both internally and with customers
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially initiative, teamwork and enthusiasm
- Requirement: valid university enrollment for the entire period of employment
