Responsibilities
Own the customer journey end‑to‑end - from first activation to long‑term expansion.
Design lifecycle programs that turn engaged customers into loyal advocates.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and Research using data to understand customer behavior.
Build thoughtful, timely engagement across onboarding, retention, win‑back and expansion.
Translate insight into action - and action into measurable impact.
Drive adoption of AI‑powered products and support product launches.
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data‑led environment.
Proven experience owning and executing multi‑channel lifecycle programs end‑to‑end.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (additional marketing automation tools a plus).
Hands‑on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and engagement or health scoring.
Confidence working with data — pulling insights, building reports, and making the case for investment.
A track record of driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, or expansion metrics.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
