Responsibilities
- Development and distribution of internal communications materials
- Updating and monitoring communication channels such as corporate TVs, Intranet, printed notices, social media, and others
- Production of strategic content defined within the internal communications planning agenda
- Updating and tracking internal communications KPIs, ensuring SLA compliance for the production of communications
- Organizing and executing internal marketing (endomarketing) events (budgets, vendor contacts, and internal stakeholders)
- Monitoring audience and driving engagement on the corporate university
- Assisting in content production for the corporate university
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience organizing corporate events
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and proactivity
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Workspace tools (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Degree in progress or completed in Languages, Human Resources, Communications (Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or Marketing) or related fields
- Experience with task management tools (RunRunit, Monday, Trello) is a plus
- Comfort and interest in leading corporate meetings, both in-person and online, is a plus
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
- Basic to intermediate English is a plus
