About the role

• Senior Consultant in Test Management developing test strategies for client transformation projects in a hybrid setup. Supporting team development and project execution in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies for our clients, for example in the context of transformation projects and migrations.
• Develop test designs and take responsibility for test planning and test data management.
• Create test cases including documentation, and conduct test reporting.
• Remain hands-on in testing activities.
• Define work packages and coordinate (sub-)projects, overseeing their implementation through to business acceptance (Sign-off).
• Act as an "innovator" in test automation and in optimizing our test management tools.
• Drive test management and test automation initiatives at Wavestone and support the development of colleagues and clients, for example by delivering test management training.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in test management at program level or in large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple testers/test managers at program or project level.
• Strong knowledge of common test management tools and project management methodologies.
• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by ISTQB certification.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and taking on conceptual and coordinating tasks that require strong communication.
• Business-fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as part of our hybrid working model.
