About the role

Responsibilities
- Advising companies on optimizing their financial processes and IT systems
- Leading (sub-)projects within S/4HANA transformation programs
- Managing the entire project lifecycle: AS-IS process analysis, roadmap development, and roll-out of the new S/4HANA system environment
- Developing the team's strategy and portfolio based on client needs
- Contributing to positioning the consulting offering and identifying business opportunities
- Taking on leadership responsibilities within projects and the team
Requirements
- Extensive consulting experience in SAP implementation or re-design projects in Finance and Accounting
- Experience leading projects (waterfall or agile) and managing teams
- Solid system knowledge of the FI module (CO experience desirable) and expert understanding of value flows in financial accounting
- Experience in process analysis and optimization across end-to-end process chains
- Strong client orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and an understanding of the feasibility of business requirements
