- Providing coaching for Scrum Master, Product Manager, Release Train Engineer, or comparable agile roles.
Requirements
- Completed university degree; additional qualifications a plus.
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within an agile environment.
- Strong agile mindset.
- Confident presence when working with management.
- Strong execution skills and self-motivation.
- Business-fluent German and English.
- Willingness to travel as a consultant.
