Responsibilities
- Expansion of the Organization & Agile Transformation team
- Focus on agile transformation, organizational development, and individual Agile Transformation roadmaps
- Communicating agile values and principles to teams and management
- Defining target visions and creating individual "Agile Transformation Roadmaps"
- Establishing continuous learning and an open error culture
- Coaching key players and leadership roles on agile ways of working
- Creating development opportunities and career perspectives within the new agile organization
Requirements
- University degree, ideally with additional qualifications
- 1–4 years of professional and project experience in consulting as a Scrum Master, agile project manager, or in a comparable role
- Internalized agile mindset
- Initial experience transforming a traditional organization into a (scaled) agile organization
- Practical experience supporting multiple agile teams
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel as a consultant
- Experience setting up and managing innovation processes is an advantage
- Relevant certifications such as Systemic Coach, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale are a plus
