Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, technology, facilities management, or general management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of space planning and Corporate Real Estate practices
- Understanding of animation production pipelines, networking and server fundamentals
- Strong working knowledge of end-user technology and workplace systems
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong operational rigor and business acumen
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial modeling and deck-building skills
- Advanced proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe products, and MacOS/Windows.
