- Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
- Mentor engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation for scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, front end design and software prototyping for maintainable and modular solutions.
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability in both front end and back end.
- Ability to mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical growth and promoting engineering excellence.
- Skilled in debugging, remedial action, and data-driven decision making to optimize development processes.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
