About the role

• Senior Manager overseeing the strategy and execution for Cross Border eCommerce seller fulfillment operations. Leading a team and driving performance improvements while managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for building and scaling out a strategic initiative (Cross Border Seller Fulfillment).
• Own the Seller Experience, Incentives strategy, international lane expansion, and full business management (owning the P/L report).
• Build out a team to help scale the program.
• Improve Seller performance for out of country shipment by implementing changes to improve promise speed, delivery speed, and on-time delivery accuracy.
• Provide data-driven insights and align with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, information technology, computer science or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
