About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and scale business analytics capabilities that measure performance, identify operational and financial levers, and enable faster, higher-quality decisions.
- Partner with Product, Business, Finance, and Technology to define business KPIs, standardize metrics, improve data quality, and deliver insights that drive seller growth.
- Analyze marketplace performance across the seller lifecycle (onboarding, fulfillment, availability, customer experience, returns) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards, AI Agents and reports to track key product and business metrics.
- Proactively analyze customer and seller data to identify trends and patterns for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.
- Strong SQL (writing complex queries), Product Analytics Tools (MixPanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude etc.)
- Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or other data analytics and visualization tools.
- 7+ years’ experience developing analytics and insights in an eCommerce/Marketplace.
