About the role

  • Working student supporting HR Data Analytics & Reporting initiatives at Schaeffler. Involves research, development of communication materials, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support team members in preparing for and following up on meetings
  • Conduct research on assigned topics
  • Develop creative communication materials to improve transparency and increase engagement among target groups and end users, e.g., videos, step-by-step instructions, one-pagers, intranet/Viva Engage pages
  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing internal processes and in documenting them, in collaboration with team members
  • Actively participate in projects and take ownership of individual tasks or work packages
  • Contribute to a broad range of initiatives, from preparing presentations for top management and the CHRO to independently handling project tasks
  • Support the ongoing development of the HR dashboard landscape

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, social sciences, business administration, computer science, controlling (management accounting), or a comparable field—ideally with a focus on HR, controlling, or project management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to structure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage
  • Experience with platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams, and Jira is an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing tasks and requirements, with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, and highly reliable working style, with a strong motivation for personal development
