About the role
- Data Analyst responsible for delivering data-driven insights and analytics at Consort Group. Working in a hybrid role to support business stakeholders in global markets with data visualization solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven insights and analytical solutions within a quantitative data intelligence environment
- Collect, transform, and structure data from multiple sources (ETL pipelines)
- Build and maintain reliable datasets and data models for analysis
- Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards
- Participate in data warehouse structuring and optimization
- Design and implement analytical datasets using SQL and Python
- Monitor data flows, dashboards, and reporting processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in collaboration with technical teams
- Support business users (front office stakeholders) with data insights
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and analytical tools
- Optimize performance of data processing workflows
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical environment
- Strong experience in data analysis using Python (Pandas) and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Good understanding of data manipulation and reporting concepts
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics (hypothesis testing is a plus)
- Exposure to Big Data tools (PySpark, Airflow, Presto) is a plus
- Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in agile and collaborative environments
