About the role

  • Supply Chain Data Analyst at QuidelOrtho transforming data into actionable insights. Analyzing supply chain data for operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, service levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to supply chain performance and support leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Build scenario models to support supply chain planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, OTIF, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical methods and machine learning models.
  • Assist in the integration and optimization of ERP systems and new digital tools within supply chain data workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement and business-oriented mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Knowledge of MRP, DRP, demand planning, and inventory management systems
  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure is a plus.
