About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption across multiple markets.
  • Oversee market research initiatives to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs and demonstrations to enhance client proficiency.
  • Utilize business data analysis to evaluate marketing effectiveness and guide decision-making.
  • Drive the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to support product launches and sales strategies.
  • Foster continuous improvement by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in product marketing, including product awareness, adoption strategies, and market research.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with many stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in business data analysis, utilizing tools and methodologies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering product training and demonstrations.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing marketing plans across multiple products.
  • Proficiency in managing customer relationships and resolving complex issues to enhance satisfaction.
